Individual Employment Contracts-By Companies

  1. Two copies of Embassy permit form (Form IV) typed (One original and one photocopy)
  2. Two copies of the specimen employment contract (Form I B) typed (One original and one photocopy)
  3. Original visa and two copies of the visa.
  4. Copy of valid Trade License, Certificate of Chamber of commerce with English translation and Certificate of specimen signatures of authorized signatories.
  5. Application of issue of permit (Form V).

 

Recruitment Through Recruiting Agencies

  1. Demand Letter (Form III) typed in the companies letter head (One original and one photocopy)
  2. Power of Attorney (Form II) typed in the companies letter head (One original and one photocopy)
  3. Specimen work agreements (Form I A) for each category typed in the companies letter head (One original and one photocopy)
  4. Copy of valid trade license of the recruiting agent in India.
  5. English translation & copy of valid Trade license, Certificate from Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Certificate of specimen signatures of authorized signatories.
  6. Legal translation in English & original Approval of Ministry of Labour for recruiting of(for…persons)(in case of govt.companies,a letter explaining why MOL approval is not needed in their case).
  7. Company profile
  8. Proof showing the demand for new workers.

 

Individual Employment Contracts-Under Personal Sponsorship

(For Male domestic workers-cook, private drivers etc.)

  1. Two copies of Embassy permit form (Form IV) typed (One original and one photocopy)
  2. Specimen employment contract (Form I C) typed and attested by Sharia Court, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (One original and one photocopy)
  3. One copy of Form VIII – Application for Employment of House Maid / Domestic Servant/Cook.
  4. Original visa and two copies of the visa.
  5. Passport copies of employee and the employer.
  6. Original Salary Certificate of the sponsor.
  7. Copy of insurance worth Dh.25, 000/- in case of fishermen, sheperds, farmers.

 

Individual Employment Contracts-female Household Workers.

  1. Two copies of Embassy permit form (Form IV) typed (One original and one photocopy)
  2. Specimen employment contract (Form I C) typed and attested by Sharia Court, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (One original and one photocopy)
  3. Original visa and two copies of the visa.
  4. Photocopy of the passport of the Employer.
  5. Income/Salary Certificate of the employer in original.
  6. Undertaking from the Employer regarding good treatment of the FHSW Form VI.
  7. Guarantee from an Indian national in the format prescribed for the good treatment of the FHSW and fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the employer and also accepting responsibility to bear the cost of return passage by air, if necessary. The guarantor is required to sign the undertaking / guarantee, Form VII in the presence of the Labour Officer.
  8. One copy of Form VIII – Application for Employment of House Maid / Domestic Servant/Cook.
  9. Photocopy of the passport of the employee.
  10. Photocopy of the passport of the guarantor.
  11. The age of the maid should be 30 and above.
  12. Minimum salary of the maid should be Dhs.1100/- per month in addition to free food & accommodation.
  13. Security Deposit – The employer will have to deposit an amount of AED. 9200/-[UAE Dirham Nine thousand and two hundred only] with the Embassy as a Security Deposit. This deposit is refundable on termination of the contract subject to conditions being fulfilled.
  14. Mobile Phone – A prepaid mobile phone must be provided to the FHSW by the employer.
