B) In Lieu of a DAMAGED Passport
a) Where passport shows legal entry & residence in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain

b) Where the Passport shows legal entry but the applicant is not resident in the UAE - In Lieu of a damaged passport
(i) Issued by the Embassy at Abu Dhabi
(ii) Issued outside Abu Dhabi
c) Where the passport does not show legal entry into Abu Dhabi/Al Ain
