(ii) Deletion Certificate - For a child not resident in UAE, but whose name has been endorsed in a parent's passport [For deletion of a child's name from a parent's passport, apply to the Passport Office of your area in India]

(iii) Consequent on:

• Change of Photograph
• Change of Name
  (i) Before issue of the first/separate passport
  (ii) Already holding passport
  (iii) Ladies - Consequent upon Marriage
