Shri Arjun Singh, Hon’ble Minister of Human Resource Development, Government of India, accompanied by a high level delegation is visiting the U.A.E. from June 3-6, 2006. During the visit, the Hon’ble Minister will meet H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research, and H.E. Dr. Hanif Hassan Ali, Minister of Education to explore the possibility of cooperation in the field of education. H.E. Sheikh Nahyan will host a Dinner in honour of Shri Arjun Singh. The Hon’ble Minister will visit Dubai Knowledge Village and also interact with the Principals of various Indian Schools and Indian higher education institutions based in the UAE. The Hon’ble Minister is also expected to attend various functions organized by the Indian community in Dubai.

The visit of Hon’ble Minister is expected to further boost bilateral cooperation in the field of education.
