Independence Day Flag Hoisting
August 10, 2009

To celebrate the 63rd Independence Day of India, the Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi will hold the flag hoisting ceremony on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 8.00 a.m. at the Embassy premises. Ambassador of India Mr. Talmiz Ahmad will hoist the national flag. Former Union Minister Mr. Mani Shankar Aiyar will grace the occasion. The flag hoisting will be followed by reading of President's message and refreshments. All members of the Indian community and friends of India are cordially invited to attend the event.
